Just joined the forum today, and was hoping someone could help me out.
I recently installed ETKA7.3_International_2011 + UPDATE ONLINE. The download also come with VINCreator. You enter all the info from the Audi Options sticker and it generates a .txt file that can then be used to identify the car in ETKA. This is very useful because it helps easily identify parts for your particular vehicle, but for me it seems to work only partially.
All the info seems to be correct based on this:
and when I'm looking at engine parts the parts that don't apply to my VIN are grayed out as expected:
however when looking at interior parts everything is grayed out, even though the information I entered contains the color and options of the interior:
Any ideas? Someone else on another forum suggested to me that entering only the codes on the Audi Options sticker into the VINCreator is not enough. My sticker has 41 codes, and apparently I need upwards of 100 for ETKA to fully identify all the proper parts. If that is the case, where can I get missing codes?
